Très bien situé pour visiter Lanzarote: au milieu de l'ile donc tous les sites touristiques assez proches. Très bien pour une famille: grand logement, activité pour enfant même en période de Noel, animation tous les soirs, WiFi.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the floresta although disappointed we didn't get the room we requested we stayed here last yr also and found it to be a very well maintained and clean complex all the staff are friendly and reception will help you in any way they can we didn't book all inclusive as we like to eat somewhere different every night but food came highly recommended by others who have gone all inclusive we look forward to holidaying here again

This is our third visit and i will definately return again to the hotel. The only difference i noticed this time is there is less british tv chanels than before and the food seems to cater more for the german and dutch. There is also need something done with the toaster. In order to get brown toast you need to put it through 6 times. Apart from that the hotel was amazing

Not good Food was okay. There wasn't a lot of variety. WIFI was extremely poor and very disappointing. I would stay at the hotel again but I would go self catering or b&b.

the 2 bedroom apartements are very large en very clean. The food (breakfast en lunch) was also very good! But the swimmingpool is icecold (in Lanzarote Village its a lot warmer - we went to there to see (and feel)). Tip : put more chairs on the terras of the 2 bedroomapartements. There is only a little table and 4 chairs for 5/6 persons. The animator +12y comes only when he wants ... . My boy of 10 years old was not allowed to play poolbiljart because he was not 12? with the animation team (but he can beat adults). In Lanzarote village everyone could come to the animation. Otherwise hotel very good!!!

Better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed at, Food was good but it did get very samey (new word) after 11 days. Plenty of space around the pool, nothing to complain about, this was 3rd time here and we will be booking up again for next April.

El hotel esta muy bien situado, esta cerca de la playa a 5 minutos andando. Las habitacionrs sin lujos pero muy bien equipadas y amplias, nos dieron una baja como pedi porque ibamos con un bebe de 8 meses en frente de piscina lo que resulto genial. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno "menos los zumos" lo mejor de las demas comidas donde tambien es bastante variada. En general el hotel reune una calidad precio bastante sadisfactoria

Lo peor que las camas y las almuadas son muy muy duras,como piedras y que la tele de la 105e bonito se veía bien, estaba mal la imagen y se veía todo en verde y morado

Another fantastic stay, we couldnot find any fault with our holiday, our apartment was clean tidy, food in the restaurant was well presented and of good quality, and all staff very friendly and helpfull. Our friends that were with us it was their first time visiting the hotel and they also really enjoyed themselves and would recommend it to other friends and family, and like us will be back at a future date

Whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. We also liked the "theme-dinners". Very nice swimming pool. Excellent service from cleaning staff. It was our 14th year we stayed in Floresta for holidays. We appreciate the improvements and renovations made over this period. We hope to come back next year.
