Can I check in early or check out late?
- Early check-in is subject to availability.
- For late check-out, there are 2 options: you can book a full day on our website or wait until the day before departure and ask at reception in the morning. If there is still availability, late check-out costs €10 per hour.

Does the hotel provide pool and beach towels?
Yes, you can hire pool/beach towels for a cash deposit of €10 per towel. Towels can be changed twice a week for a fee of €2 per towel.

No, the hotel does not offer airport transfers.

Yes, the hotel has free standard Wi-Fi. The password is provided upon arrival at the hotel.

At reception, you can find an extensive catalogue of excursions organised by external partners, tailored to the interests and activity levels of every traveller.
Is there a car and bicycle hire service at the hotel?
Can wheelchairs or other support equipment for people with reduced mobility be hired?
At reception, you can arrange the hire of any type of mobility aid, such as wheelchairs, walkers, sticks or crutches, which will be supplied by external partner companies.
Does the hotel have facilities for events or conferences?
No, the hotel does not have facilities for events or conferences.
Does the hotel offer massage services?
Yes, the hotel can organise massages. For more information and prices, please contact reception. There is no Spa on-site.

What are the swimming pool opening hours?
The pool hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 and are under the supervision of a lifeguard.

Yes, activities for adults are offered 5 days a week during the morning and afternoon.

What type of food is served in the restaurant?
Our restaurant offers traditional and international cuisine. Meals are served buffet-style. Three times a week, themed food is offered: Mexican, Italian and Chinese.
Does the hotel have options for people with special dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?
- At breakfast, we have gluten-free bread, and certain foods can be prepared separately at lunch and dinner. We have 3 options from which you can choose each day by notifying reception in advance.
- At the Pool Bar, we are unable to prepare food separately and do not have gluten-free options.
- The hotel does not offer a specific vegetarian menu. There is always an option available on the buffet.
