  • Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • For late check-out, there are 2 options: you can book a full day on our website or wait until the day before departure and ask at reception in the morning. If there is still availability, late check-out costs €10 per hour.
Yes, reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
No, the hotel does not accept pets.

The Hotel

For bookings made directly with us: You can cancel free of charge before 12:00, 4 days before the arrival date. After this time, if you cancel, the first night will be charged to your card. This also applies to early departures or no-shows. If you have booked the non-refundable rate, it is not possible to cancel without a penalty: 100% of the amount will be charged upon booking, but if you cannot come, you can change the date up to 7 days before the original arrival date. This is always subject to availability and the prices of the new dates. To request a date modification, you must send an email to reservas@florestahotel.com. If you decide to cancel without a date change, you will not receive any refund. If you have booked through an intermediary, please contact them directly.

Yes, the hotel is adapted for people with reduced mobility and also has 4 adapted 1-bedroom/garden view apartments.

Our restaurant offers traditional and international cuisine. Meals are served buffet-style. Three times a week, themed food is offered: Mexican, Italian and Chinese.

  • At breakfast, we have gluten-free bread, and certain foods can be prepared separately at lunch and dinner. We have 3 options from which you can choose each day by notifying reception in advance.
  • At the Pool Bar, we are unable to prepare food separately and do not have gluten-free options.
For vegetarians:
  • The hotel does not offer a specific vegetarian menu. There is always an option available on the buffet.
